This Privacy Policy explains how Interviewspire (“Interviewspire”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), operating the Interviewspire application, collects, uses, and protects your information.
Name, email, mobile number, job category (e.g., Civil Engineering), and years of experience.
During a mock interview, we collect and process your voice inputs in real-time, generate speech-to-text transcripts, and evaluate your responses to provide performance metrics.
If you purchase a paid service, payments are processed securely through the PhonePe Payment Gateway. Interviewspire does not collect, store, or process sensitive payment information such as your UPI PIN, complete credit/debit card numbers, CVV, or banking passwords.
We use your data to facilitate real-time voice interviews, generate personalized scorecards (communication and technical assessments), process payments, and improve our AI models.
Your interview audio and transcripts may be securely transmitted to third-party AI, speech-processing, and cloud infrastructure providers necessary to operate the service. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Interviewspire is strictly intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that a user under 18 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information and terminate the account.
We retain your interview performance data to allow you to review your historical progress. You may delete your account and associated personal information at any time from the Profile tab in the app, or by request — see Delete Your Account for step-by-step instructions.
